Glass Production
We implement rigorous quality control right at the very first step of glass production. By meticulously screening out defective, misshapen, or structurally flawed bottles at the source, we ensure perfect dimensions, flawless appearance, and structural integrity for every batch. Spray Coating
We strictly control the spray coating color for every batch to ensure it exactly matches the approved color standard (sign-off sample). We eliminate batch-to-batch color variations. Furthermore, uniform coating thickness and exceptional paint adhesion are our top quality control priorities, ensuring a vibrant, durable, and scratch-resistant finish.
Silk Screen Printing
We strictly follow the approved print proofs to guarantee exact logo positioning within the specified tolerances. Additionally, we conduct rigorous adhesion tests to ensure the ink is highly durable, scratch-resistant, and long-lasting.
Metallization
